Our junior sessions are designed to encourage players to explore, and make their own decisions in SIMPLIFIED games with support from coaches who are patient and POSITIVE. We use a blend of individual skill training and small-sided games to allow players to experience different levels of challenge & success, so that they can develop the confidence to play independently.

The team game element of sessions involves small numbered sides up to a maximum of 5-a-side. 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 are common in sessions, allowing players more touches of the ball than they would in larger games.
We embrace a ‘Play not Push’ attitude in both programmes, which means coaching football in a fun, pressure free environment where players know they are free to express themselves. We believe in always allowing players to make their own decisions when playing football and that this responsibility always leads to the greatest learning and development.
